Flash CMS Case Studies

September 15, 2009 by: Christian

At the moment I am working on a quick start step-by-step tutorial for the Flash CMS. While doing that, I felt the need of explaining the philosophy of the Flash CMS in more detail. There are 7 basic situations to cover when you are using the Flash CMS. Have a look at the SWF below, navigate through the different case studies. Be sure to turn on the checkbox “show Slots” to see how the content is organized in the so-called “Slots”, a core concept of the Flash CMS. I have documented this thoroughly here, check it out for more info!

I will finish the step-by-step tutorial within the next view days, so stay tuned.

I don’t usually post on blogs but had to on yours. You have a very easy to read writing style. I don’t have time to read all the articles right now, I found your site while I was researching something else on cmsmatrix.org but I have bookmarked the homepage and will return soon to read what’s new. I have worked with CMS programs for 8 years now on web sites from the very small to a few that were enterprise-wide. I have found that the ideal solution is the one that works best for the size and scope of the site it is going to run on. Please visit my site – http://www.CMSDesk.com. Thanks again – great site!
